Integrity is one of those core values. Its hard to fake. Being fair, honest, authentic, empathetic, and sincere are all facets of integrity. The more we practice integrity, the more like that polished stone we become
Blackballed For Doing The Right Thing
Sometimes we must take risks and do things that we know may have unpleasant consequences. That may involve being blackballed for doing the right thing. However, at the end of the day, we really need to hold true to ourselves and to the things we believe or know to be right despite the consequences.
